Conditions

Pricing includes freight; method of delivery determined by
Counter-Seal Corp. (CSC).
◊
Will ship to purchaser’s door or to purchaser’s address of choice
within Canada or Continental USA.
◊ All
orders prepaid; applicable taxes extra.
◊
Prices subject to change without notice.
◊
Two to three weeks’ manufacturing and delivery time
required.
◊
Order cancellations or changes are not accepted once customer’s
purchase order has gone into production; if order can be halted, a
15% re-stocking fee will apply.
◊
Warranty: refer to CSC’s warranty sheets that ship with
product.
◊
Freight damage: all goods must be inspected for damage upon
receipt of order. Should a claim arise, it is the customer’s
responsibility to make an application for credit/replacement with
CSC within 14 days of the ship date.
◊
Returned goods must be pre-authorized. If not pre-authorized
all related costs will be billed back to the customer.
CSC
endeavors to manufacture high-quality product and inspects all
products before shipping. It is the responsibility of the
installer to carefully inspect product for damage, product defects,
color, size and sink coordinates before installing. CSC’s
responsibility for error is limited to the replacement of product
only, and will not be responsible for labor or installation
charges |
